Hedin signed the acquisition agreement with the Swiss SeeAll group in Zurich in January. The company now closes the deal and assumes operation of the two dealerships.
Hedin Group, one of the largest privately-owned automotive retailers in Europe, expands to Switzerland though the acquisition of SeeAll Group.
