Hedin Automotive Switzerland to provide official after-sales support for Cadillac and its all-electric model LYRIQ

Hedin Automotive Switzerland proudly announces its exclusive role as the official after-sales provider for the full range of electric vehicles from Cadillac, a brand of General Motors (GM). Cadillac is launching a new generation of all-electric vehicles, starting with the LYRIQ. The distribution of the new models will be handled directly by GM, while Hedin Automotive Switzerland will serve as the designated Cadillac repairer, executing all after-sales operations as an authorised partner.

- This groundbreaking cooperation not only strengthens our position in the field of electromobility, but also aligns with our strategy of diversification and maximising after-sales potentials, says Marcus Larsson, COO of the Hedin Mobility Group. - With our longstanding partnership with General Motors in Hedin Mobility Group, we are pleased to now be able to extend this cooperation to Switzerland as well. The integration of Cadillac into our after-sales portfolio is a significant step for us. It allows us to further deepen our expertise in the field of electromobility and provide our customers with first-class service for these innovative vehicle models. The cooperation strengthens our position as a leading company in the Swiss automotive sector and underscores our commitment to sustainable mobility.

- At General Motors we are focused on delivering the best possible customer experience. We are thus very excited to collaborate with Hedin Automotive Switzerland, a strong after-sales service provider equipped with the expertise to drive the EV transition and deliver first-class service to our valued EV customers, especially the premium Cadillac LYRIQ.

After-sales services for Cadillac will not only include regular vehicle servicing, but also body and paintwork, as well as maintenance and repair of electric motors, all performed using genuine GM parts. Additionally, Hedin Automotive will conduct delivery inspections. The location of Hedin Automotive in Dielsdorf is a pilot site and thus the first authorised service facility for GM's new EV model line in Switzerland. GM intends to provide comprehensive service coverage in the country, and additional Hedin locations are likely to be connected in the future. Recently, the American automotive manufacturer opened a flagship store on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, and customers can also configure and order vehicles online.
