Hedin Automotive Achieves Great Place to Work Certification for 2023 in Nordic and Swiss Operations

Hedin Automotive proudly announces its continued success in earning the Great Place to Work Certification for 2023 across its operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland. The prestigious recognition reaffirms the company's steadfast commitment to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in humility, respect, and honesty.

The certification process, overseen by Great Place to Work, includes an in-depth analysis of workplace dynamics, employee experiences, and leadership effectiveness. The survey delves into five critical dimensions that form the bedrock of high-trust, high-performance cultures: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Hedin Automotive has once again demonstrated excellence in creating an environment where employees not only thrive but also feel genuinely valued.

Hedin Automotive owns and operates Bavaria, one of the largest BMW and MINI dealers in the Nordics, which since its inception had a clear focus on building a culture based on solid values. In 2020, Hedin Automotive extended its footprint to Switzerland, operating under the brand name Hedin Automotive. Despite significant growth and major changes over recent years, the company has consistently and purposefully continued developing its strong customer-centric culture.

- We're not just committed to delivering great customer experiences; we're equally dedicated to ensuring our employees are thriving and happy. We see these certifications not only as an acknowledgment of our past successes but as a motivation to continually evolve and become an even better workplace, says Marcus Larsson, COO of Hedin Mobility Group.

Surprisingly different, noticeably better
Being surprisingly different and noticeably better is in Hedin Automotive´s DNA.

- Our 'Next Level' culture determines how we collaborate, communicate, solve challenges, innovate, and treat our colleagues and customers. Our people are highly skilled, so our leadership's role is to get them to work well together, unlock their potential, and inspire them to question the status quo and create unique customer experiences. To achieve that, the team must be able to be themselves, have fun, explore, experiment, and make mistakes. We constantly remind our employees that making mistakes is a fundamental part of learning and development. It is therefore imperative that we show our employees trust and care and that we express gratitude for their achievements, Larsson continues.

According to Great Place to Work, the best workplaces are characterised by employees who trust their employer, are proud of the work they do, and feel a sense of community with their colleagues.

- A trust-based culture will ensure that employees, regardless of level and role, contribute to the development of the business. Happy employees increase revenue, profit and provide unique customer experiences. The certification as a 'Great Place To Work' is a reflection of Hedin Automotive's ongoing focus on employee well-being. Their dedication to creating a high-trust workplace is commendable, and we congratulate them on this achievement, says Jannik Krohn Falck, CEO of Great Place to Work Norway.
