Helsingborg Innovation District. That is the name of the city’s innovation district currently taking shape in Oceanhamnen. “Helsingborg is one of Europe’s most innovative cities. H22 City Expo is officially over. From 30 May to 3 July, Helsingborg was a hive of activity that attracted industry visionaries, curious residents, urban changemakers, young innovators, adventurous tourists, and passionate people – all coming together in Helsingborg. More than 45 countries and as many as half of Sweden’s municipalities visited H22, among many others.

Thursday, 16 June, marks the official inauguration of RecoLab, Helsingborg’s unique treatment plant for source-separated sewage. Swedish-American astronaut Jessica Meir is visiting H22 City Expo in Helsingborg, Sweden, on 21 June. She will be taking the stage during an open event to talk about her experience and research on the International Space Station, and her dream of becoming the first woman on the moon.
