Hurtigruten Appoints its First-Ever Group Sales & Operations Manager for North America

NEW YORK CITY, USA (May 4, 2026) – Hurtigruten, the undisputed authentic travel expert on Norway and its stunning coastline, has appointed Jordan Freese as its first-ever Group Sales & Operations Manager for North America. She comes directly from Incredible Adventures, where she was the General Manager.

Whilst group sales are a growing part of Hurtigruten’s business, this is the first time the company will have a fully dedicated resource allocated to it following the split from HX (formerly Hurtigruten Expeditions) in early 2024. Freese will be working with trade partners, tour operators, and associations.

“Jordan joining the Americas team adds a core strength to the team as she brings her tour operator and groups mindset to contribute to both sales and operations.
