Hurtigruten’s 1893 Ambassador Members Get Double Discount During Its Loyalty Month, Launching Today

- Hurtigruten’s 1893 Ambassador loyalty members receive up to 10% additional discount, which is combinable with the current 30% off campaign for departures through March 2029 -

SEATTLE, USA (September 15, 2026) Hurtigruten, the undisputed authentic travel expert on Norway and its stunning coastline, launched its annual Loyalty Month on September 15, 2026, with extra discount offers for members of its 1893 Ambassador loyalty program. While non-members currently receive up to 30% off sailings with Hurtigruten’s Live the Legend of Norway campaign, members can save an additional 10% off on sailings through March 2029 if they book by October 15, 2026.

Named after the year Hurtigruten launched, 1893, Level 1 members will get an additional 5% off on sailings departing now through March 31, 2029, if booking by October 15, 2026, while Level 2 members get 10% off. Hurtigruten saw a 13% increase in loyalty members compared to the same period last year.

The 1893 Ambassador discounts are available when booked through a travel advisor, trade partners, or directly with Hurtigruten. The discount will be automatically applied to the booking when the correct membership details are included. The discount is combinable with other offers and applies to everyone in the cabin.

The discount applies to Hurtigruten’s Coastal Express sailings through March 31, 2029; the Svalbard Line sailings during the 2027 summer season; the North Cape Line sailings from Oslo between September 25, 2026, through December 17, 2027; and the upcoming Signature Limited Collection itineraries: The Inner Fjords Explorer; the Arctic Line; and the Arctic Circle Explorer.
