ICCO Appoints Guillaume Labbez as Institutional and Government Affairs Coordinator

December 15, 2025:The International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume Labbez as ICCO Institutional and Government Affairs Coordinator, a non-executive role established to strengthen ICCO’s engagement with international institutions and government affairs networks worldwide.

In this role, Guillaume will support ICCO in developing strategic relationships with key international organisations and regional bodies. He will also help expand collaboration with Government Relations and Public Affairs associations, partners, and potential new members.

"This appointment reflects ICCO’s commitment to elevating the voice of our global network, advancing policy dialogue, and enhancing meaningful relationships with trusted Partners, in continuity with our collaborations with the UNDP and the Council of Europe", affirms Massimo Moriconi ICCO President.

Guillaume states,“Having started my career as an adviser in the French and Québec governments, and with two decades of experience in lobbying and public affairs as well as teaching the discipline, I look forward to helping ICCO assert a clear and influential institutional voice. My mandate is to unite public affairs consultancies internationally in ICCO and ensure our profession contributes meaningfully to public policy.”

Guillaume brings extensive experience from our French association member organisation, Syndicat du Conseil en Relations Publics (SCRP) and a strong background in institutional, governmental, and public affairs engagement.

We look forward to working with him as he contributes to ICCO’s global outreach and advocacy initiatives.
