INEOS Energy Station brings MOWL® to employees onshore and offshore

INEOS Energy Station is bringing MOWL® to employees around the world, giving colleagues new ways to stay active, connected and motivated whether onshore or offshore. Through the initiative, employees will gain access to immersive, data-driven indoor cycling and running experiences designed to support health, wellbeing and engagement across a global workforce.

INEOS operates 148 sites across 26 countries and employs more than 23,000 people worldwide. Through the INEOS Energy Station wellbeing platform, around 12,000 employees will be able to access MOWL® as part of the company’s broader commitment to supporting active and healthy lifestyles across its global teams.

By introducing MOWL® through the INEOS Energy Station platform, employees will be able to take part in engaging workouts powered by real-time performance data and motivating training experiences. The rollout reflects a growing focus on connected fitness experiences that support both physical well-being and long-term engagement, wherever employees are located.

"We’re always looking for ways to evolve our global wellbeing programme and give our colleagues meaningful, engaging ways to stay active. With a strong cycling community across INEOS, partnering with MOWL® is a natural next step for us. What makes MOWL® such a valuable addition is the depth of insight it brings to each session. Colleagues won’t just be riding, they’ll have access to performance-driven metrics like power output, cadence, heart rate zones, and progress tracking, helping them better understand their effort and improvement over time. By introducing indoor cycling sessions with real data and purpose behind every ride, we’re creating a more personalised and motivating experience. It’s an exciting enhancement to our platform and another way we’re supporting our colleagues to move more, feel better, and stay connected, wherever they are in the world."
