Another day, another Intelligent Cycling ambassador at Crunch! 💪🎉 Meet April Henry (44)—powerhouse instructor, lifelong athlete, and absolutely in love with indoor cycling. 💓 April’s been moving her whole life, and in 2005, she added personal trainer to her fitness resume. When she started teaching group fitness and cycling classes in 2007, she quickly discovered her true passion: motivating others from the saddle through music, movement, and community. April’s an impressive athlete out of the saddle, too. In 2010, she competed in an SNBF Figure competition, a huge personal achievement and incredible experience. 💪 Originally from North Carolina, she’s now based in Georgia. There, she’s part of an energetic, supportive indoor cycling community and works as a fitness manager, instructor, and PT for Crunch Fitness. Say hello to Carol McCraw—brand-new Intelligent Cycling ambassador and lifelong fitness enthusiast! 🔥 Carol began cycling in the ‘80s, road racing to the beat of her Walkman, no helmet in sight (don’t worry; she wears one now—ask her about “The Collarbone Incident” 😅).⁠ With a degree in Exercise Physiology, a background in PE teaching, and experience leading just about every kind of fitness class, Carol knows how to get you moving—even when you don’t want to. These days, she’s based just outside Atlanta, where outdoor adventures are plentiful, the race calendar is full, and there’s always a group to run or ride with.⁠ If you want to ride with Carol, head to CRUNCH Fitness, where she’s been teaching Intelligent Cycling classes since becoming one of our very first beta testers.
