    　ヤマハ発動機株式会社は、2018年２月13日開催の取締役会において、下記のとおり、2017年12月31日を基準日とする剰余金の配当を行うことについて、2018年３月23日開催予定の第83期定時株主総会に上程することを決議しましたので、お知らせいたします。

    　当社は、株主の皆様の利益向上を重要な経営課題と位置付け、企業価値の向上に努めております。配当につきましては、「安定的財務基盤を維持・強化し、新しい成長投資・株主還元を増やす」ことを主眼に、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益の30％を配当性向の目安としております。
    　本日公表した2017年12月期の親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益を踏まえて、期末配当を１株当たり49円とします。これにより中間配当39円と合わせて年間では88円となり
