    　ヤマハ発動機株式会社は、11月２日開催の取締役会において、下記のとおり、本日公表の新たな2017年12月期通期連結業績予想に基づき、期末配当予想を修正しましたのでお知らせいたします。

    　当社は、株主の皆様の利益向上を重要な経営課題と位置付け、「安定的財務基盤の維持・強化を続けて新しい成長投資・株主還元を増やす」ことを目指して、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益の30％を配当性向の目安としています。　業績予想の修正を踏まえ、期末配当予想を１株当たり43円に修正し、中間配当39円と合わせて、年間82円（前回予想比４円の増配・前期比22円の増配）とさせていただきます。
