    ２．業績予想の修正の理由
    　売上高は先進国二輪車事業の販売台数の減少により、営業利益は先進国二輪車事業の減益ならびに、新興国通貨安の影響、原材料高などにより前回発表予想を下回る見通しです。また、新興国通貨安による為替差損により、経常利益も前回発表予想を下回る見通しです。

    　なお、当期の配当につきましては、当初の年間配当予想１株当たり90円を維持し、期末配当は１株当たり4
