　ヤマハ発動機株式会社は、2021年5月14日開催の取締役会において、2021年2月12日に公表しました2021年12月期通期連結業績予想の修正を決議しましたので、お知らせします。

1. 通期連結業績予想の修正(2021年1月1日～2021年12月31日)
（1）修正の内容

（2）業績予想修正の理由
　2021年12月期通期第2四半期以降の為替前提を見直した結果、売上高・各利益を修正いたします。この業績予想には、コロナウイルス変異株感染拡大による世界的なロックダウン影響は反映していません。
　なお、年間配当予想につきましては、変更ありません。
