ヤマハ発動機とGrabが二輪配車事業での戦略的業務提携に合意

　ヤマハ発動機株式会社（以下「ヤマハ発動機」）と、東南アジア配車サービス最大手のGrab Holdings Inc.（以下「Grab」）は、インドネシアを中心とした東南アジア地域における二輪配車事業に関連した戦略的業務提携に合意しました。また、ヤマハ発動機はGrabに対して、1.5億米ドルの出資を実施します。
　このたびの提携では、1）ヤマハ発動機が持つ二輪車の安全に関する技術やノウハウを活用することで、二輪配車サービス需要に対して安全・安心を見える化し、サービス利用者の満足度向上を目指す、2）二輪配車サービス従事者（二輪タクシードライバー）・検討者に対して、二輪車購入のハードルを下げるスキームを構築する　などに取り組み、ソリューションと変革を通じて次世代のモビリティサービスを実現します。
