    Artist Tracey Emin was present at the lift, and it was with great enthusiasm she witnessed the spectacular lift of the biggest piece she has ever created.

    Finally, Oslo gets its new main library. H.R.H Crown Prince Haakon to attend the opening. Deichman Bjørvika was originally due to open on March 28, but the COVID-19 situation made it impossible. Library Director Knut Skansen is now looking forward to finally allowing people into the new main public library.
