LK launches a complete range of parallel-connected water meter brackets

LK Parallel-connected water meter bracket (PWB)  are the ideal choice for large buildings and apartment blocks, where it’s possible to disconnect a meter while the water supply is still connected to the other meters.

The LK PWB comes in six different models, with two to four different bracket sizes, 190 mm or an adjustable 190 – 220 mm version.

“There are a number of advantages with parallel-connected water meter brackets. One is that the residents in an apartment avoid having to have their water cut off, which can affect their day-to-day living. In terms of installation, there are also a number of advantages, including a better flow, and that the gauge block is approved for permanent mounting on the cold water, and that it is also adapted for the simple future installation of the LK CubicMeter,” says Hampus Ramde, Product Manager at LK Systems.

The LK Parallel-connected water meter bracket is approved for PN10 and all models are always supplied with adjustable non-return valves for supply water. The non-return valve is also replaceable. The manifold has connections for internal and external threads, for quick use of suitable couplings.

From a longevity perspective, the bracket comes with lead-free valves, and by using smaller water meters, more accurate measurement is achieved at low flow rates, and that the meters have a service life of 10 years, compared to 5 for larger meters.
