New Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Manager at LK Pex

LK Pex has appointed Fredrik Simonsson as Managing Director and Leslie Markussen as new Sales and Marketing Manager. Previous Managing Director Mats Larsson will remain within the organisation as a member of the Board of LK Pex.

Fredrik Simonsson studied engineering and economics and has a background in electrical and electronic components. He joins us from ITAB Shop Products, where he has been Managing Director for the past two years. Prior to this, Fredrik spent many years at OEM International, one of Europe’s leading technical trading companies. Fredrik will be taking up his new position at LK Pex on 15 June.

“It will be tremendously exciting to learn more about LK, the industry and products. I believe that through my background in components and sales to manufacturing customers and wholesalers, I will be able contribute to our continued growth. I also have a very good feeling about the people and corporate culture at LK, which chimes very well with my own values. I am greatly looking forward to learning more about the business so that together with my team I can raise the company to the next level,” says Fredrik Simonsson.

New Sales and Marketing Manager

Leslie Markussen, who has already put in his first couple of weeks at LK, joins us from Borealis Polyolefins, where among other things he was Sales Manager responsible for LK Pex.

“I have had the privilege of working with LK Pex and I appreciate how specialised they are in high-quality PE-Xa production. Through their high product quality standards and strong customer focus, LK Pex has reached as significant position on the Pex pipe market. With their innovative working methods and advanced technology, LK Pex is well prepared for new market opportunities. I am looking forward to strengthening the bond with existing customers and making new contacts,” says Leslie Markussen.
