NNIT Expectation Barometer - The Changing IT-role

This year’s Expectation Barometer shows that the IT department has a task in finding a foothold in a new reality, which is characterised by cloud, information, mobility and social
technologies.

The report highlights the challenges IT departments are facing, and examines how the IT department can use its technological knowledge and business insight to create new value for the company.

The report is based on a Danish survey.
