Leading international pharma company selects NNIT to drive strategic Veeva RIM implementation

NNIT is proud to announce its partnership with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry to implement Veeva’s Regulatory Information Management (RIM) suite – specifically the Registrations and Submissions applications – as part of the pharma company’s ongoing digital transformation in Regulatory Affairs.

The project supports the customer’s proactive efforts to modernize its regulatory capabilities in response to evolving regulatory requirements. To stay ahead of industry expectations and ensure continued compliance, the company initiated a fast-track implementation of Veeva’s RIM Registrations and Submissions, seeking an experienced partner to guide the transformation with agility and precision.

Following a competitive evaluation, NNIT was selected for its proven delivery track record, on-site presence, and strong regulatory advisory capabilities. The decision was also bolstered by positive referrals and NNIT’s responsiveness under pressure.

This trust is further supported by NNIT’s recent recognition as a Leader in the Everest Group Veeva Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2025, which acknowledges NNIT’s strong domain expertise across regulatory, clinical, and compliance-intensive Veeva implementations. The assessment highlights NNIT’s ability to deliver value through visionary strategy, certified migration tooling, and end-to-end solutions – capabilities that resonate strongly with the pharma company’s transformation goals.

“Partnering with a global leader on this Veeva RIM Registrations and Submissions is a milestone in our Regulatory Affairs journey, one that reflects the trust international leaders place in our ability to guide complex, business-critical transformations. In addition, being recognized as a Leader in the Veeva Services PEAK Matrix further validates the strength of our capabilities and our commitment to delivering tangible value through regulatory digitalization,” says Pia Bundgaard Ingels, Senior Vice President and head of Region Europe at NNIT.

NNIT’s role includes organizational change management, process design, system validation, data migration, working effectively with Veeva, and responsibility for project management for all project deliverables.

By uniting deep domain knowledge with a high-performing team and agile delivery model, NNIT is helping the customer build a future-ready regulatory foundation – efficiently, collaboratively, and at speed.
