Avonova successfully issues an inaugural senior secured bond in an amount of SEK 500 million and a framework amount of SEK 800 million
Avonova, through Avonova Bidco AB (publ) as the issuer ("Avonova"), has successfully issued its first senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 500 million and a tenor of 3 years (the “Bonds"). The proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay certain outstanding loans including the tax debt incurred under the Covid-19 pandemic in an approximate amount of SEK 190 million, as well as towards general corporate purposes. Avonova intends to apply for listing of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm's corporate bond list.

Arctic Securities AS acted as arranger for the bond issuance with Roschier Advokatbyrå KB as the agent. The law firm Cederquist KB acted as legal advisor for Avonova.
