​Swedish software company op5 AB delivers strong financial growth in 2014

op5 AB, a leading provider of IT monitoring software solutions, reports strong financial growth for 2014. To further support the company’s growth strategies several steps was taken during the year to develop the company and prepare for continued international expansion in the US and other geographical markets.

Swedish company op5 AB delivers financial growth in the highly competitive market for IT monitoring solutions. Together with a strong growth in profit, company revenues increased with 27% in 2014 with recorded strong growth in all focus markets, the Nordics, DACH and the US. op5 expanded its customer base through new contracts with Akamai, Giant Eagle, Apple, Hilti, the Absolut Company and several other leading companies. Bookings increased with 37% during the same time period.

– Most sectors face rapid growth in the use of IT systems. “Everything” is going IP and most systems, on-premise as well as cloud based solutions, need to be integrated with each other. This presents new challenges when it comes to scalability, performance and unified monitoring for the IT environment. The fact that we have delivered new large systems for unified monitoring in all major geographical markets during 2014 is yet another proof that op5 Monitor well stands the test, says Daniel Maurer, CEO op5.

To prepare for continued expansion and drive growth, op5 have continuously strengthened its organisation. The recruitment of Torbjörn Eriksen as Vice President for op5’s newly established Professional Services organisation was recently followed by the appointment of Patrik Nilsson as Partner Manager Nordics.
