PaperShell signs a €40.3 million grant agreement with the EU Innovation Fund
The €83 million project will scale PaperShell’s industrial capacity for fossil carbon-free, circular bio-based composite materials. This will accelerate the replacement of strategic materials such as glass fibre, aluminium and plastics across sectors including building and construction, civil and military defence, electronics (CCLs/PCBs) and transport, while strengthening both PaperShell’s and Europe’s supply chain resilience.
