Cheltuielile totale pe cardurile Visa emise în România au crescut cu 9% în anul fiscal 2014, la aproximativ 21 miliarde euro, în contextul în care plăţile la comercianţi au depăşit în medie 10 milioane euro zilnic, demonstrând că tendinţa consumatorilor de adoptare a tranzacţiilor electronice se consolidează, potrivit rezultatelor anuale pentru România raportate de Visa Europe.
