Schleich 2024: A new product range full of magical animals and many other playroom highlights

schleich® is starting 2024 with a bang! In September, the popular toy manufacturer will launch a new product range for its high-profile licence THE SCHOOL OF MAGIC ANIMALS. Its fastest-growing product range worldwide, ELDRADOR® CREATURES, will gain a new play concept and doubtlessly remain an important part of the schleich® brand’s success in 2024. On top of all this, many new animals, magical creatures and sets will be moving into FARM WORLD, WILD LIFE, HORSE CLUB, BAYALA®, DINOSAURS and WIZARDING WORLDTM. As before, the company will continue to devote considerable attention to its transformation to a Cradle to Cradle® circular economy in the new year.

From the big screen to the playroom at home: the new product range THE SCHOOL OF MAGICAL ANIMALS will enchant fans of the successful book and film series with six popular individual figurines from September. As always, they will be designed true to the original and authentic in every detail. The range will be launched on time for the premiere of the third THE SCHOOL OF MAGICAL ANIMALS film in the autumn of 2024.

It will feature four beloved creatures from the first two films: Rabbat the Fox, Caspar the Chameleon, Henrietta the Turtle and Juri the Penguin. Additionally, two surprise figurines from the third film will be launched.

Our new product range featuring the most beloved figurines from the films and books will boost brand recognition for schleich® worldwide.”

New play concept for ELDRADOR® CREATURES
ELDRADOR® CREATURES, the fastest-growing product range worldwide, will gain a new play concept: the BattleCaves. The cage-like cubes are designed in the colours of the various ELDRADOR® worlds and come with a whole host of thrilling functions. The modular concept behind the BattleCaves is especially exciting: the cubical shapes and interchangeable wall elements allow the cubes to be stacked and arranged in countless ways, encouraging creative play.

Further product highlights in 2024
At the HORSE CLUB, 2024 is all about the new riding arena. Its many functions and authentic details will bring many hours of delight to horse enthusiasts. The world of DINOSAURS, too, will gain a beautiful new set: The Conquest of the Dino Temple has a modular structure that is certain to excite fans of the prehistoric creatures. Following last year’s successful launch of the WIZARDING WORLDTM product range, 2024 will see the arrival of some well-known villains: VoldemortTM, Troll and DementorTM will inspire imaginative games of Good versus Evil. Apollo Unicorn Stallion, Wire-Haired Dachshund, Armadillo – the inhabitants of BAYALA®, FARM WORLD and WILD LIFE are looking forward to welcoming new magical creatures, native animals and exotic species to the playroom.

The transformation into a sustainable player within the circular economy continues
Schleich will be optimising and certifying its products and packaging to the standards of the Cradle to Cradle® circular economy by the end of 2027 to ensure that resources are reused. Among other things, this means that Schleich characters can be recycled while maintaining the same quality. Schleich’s sustainability goals won the company two awards in 2023: the German award for sustainability projects in the product recycling category and the Italian Gioco X Sempre Award.
