Press Release: Leadership Transition in Aon's Nordic Region
STOCKHOLM, 2 June 2025 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global provider of professional risk management services, is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition within its Nordic operations, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing client service and operational excellence across the region.
Effective immediately, Karl Roquet has been appointed as the Head of Aon Client Leadership and Multinational Client segment in the Nordics. In addition to his current role as Nordic Chief Commercial Officer, Karl will spearhead efforts to accelerate the implementation of the Aon Client Leadership model throughout the Nordic region. His extensive experience and dedication position him as an ideal leader for this expanded role.
To ensure seamless leadership and operational alignment, Johan Forsgård, Aon Nordic CEO, will also assume the position of Sweden CEO, alongside his existing responsibilities for the Nordic Region. Both Karl and Johan are based in Sweden, enabling them to collaborate closely and support each other in their roles. This appointment is subject to customary regulatory approval.
This transition is designed to strengthen Aon's leadership team and enhance its ability to serve clients across the Nordic region. The new structure will further accelerate the Aon Nordic framework and advance the company's overall strategic objectives under its global 3x3 Strategy.
