Press release —
Berghs takes Unconference:AI to Berlin
After five editions in Stockholm, Berghs School of Communication is taking Unconference:AI internationally with Berlin as its first destination. The event will take place on October 7 at Delta Campus in Neukölln and is part of Berghs’ international expansion to Berlin, Amsterdam and Zurich.
Unconference:AI is built around an open, participant-driven format. Talks, workshops and conversations run in parallel, and participants create their own path through the programme. There are no panels, moderators or sales pitches. The focus is on sharing experiences, testing ideas and discussing how AI is changing creative work, organisations and leadership.
The following day, Berghs will offer four separate one-day courses for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge. All courses are hands-on and case-based building practical skills for AI futures, AI leadership, knowledge building and project pitching - ready to be applied directly at work.
“AI is moving too fast for all the answers to come from experts on a stage. We want people who are actually experimenting with it to share what they are learning, including what isn’t working,” says Patrik Hambraeus, Learning Developer at Berghs and initiator of Unconference:AI.
The Berlin edition will bring together people from the creative industries, business, technology, education and startups. The programme will include talks and workshops on topics ranging from AI agents, creative tools and new ways of working to leadership, skills and organisational change.
Berlin is also the first city where Berghs is activating its new international initiative. Rather than establishing new campuses, the school is building local networks and collaborations, with courses, events and learning formats developed together with companies and creative communities.
“Our Unconference:AI reflects how we like to learn and work, and we hope it will lead to many interesting conversations and new connections in Berlin. We want people to experience Berghs as open, personal, action-based and curious” says Camilla Wallander, CEO of Berghs School of Communication.
Berghs is currently developing its international presence in Berlin, Amsterdam and Zurich, with Stockholm remaining the school’s main campus.
