The search for young people who make extraordinary efforts for the climate and the environment continues. The Children’s Climate Prize is awarded to entrepreneurs, innovators, changemakers and conservators around the world. Nominations will be accepted until May 15th 2022.
Nu fortsätter sökandet efter unga människor som gör extraordinära insatser för klimatet och miljön. Children’s Climate Prize delas ut till entreprenörer, innovatörer, changemakers och naturvårdare runt om i världen. Nomineringar tas emot fram till den 15 maj 2022.
Edgar startade Green Venture Recycles som 17 åring, och företaget arbetar vanligtvis med att omvandla plastavfall till byggmaterial. I samband med Coronas framfart har man ställt om produktionen och satsar på att tillverka visir och ansiktsmasker för anställda inom sjukvården och skolor i hemlandet Tanzania.
At the age of 17, Edgar started Green Venture Recycles, a company that normally converts waste plastic to building materials. As the corona virus intensified, they shifted their production to manufacturing visors and face masks for healthcare workers and school employees in Tanzania, Edgar's homeland.
