Stop talking - start doing and get your team to care about testing!

In your team, it's hard to get your team members to really take an interest in testing. Even though the programmers are great people and seem to take their craftsmanship of writing code seriously, it's hard to get a discussion going about testing. The test environments are a pain to maintain and it's up to you to get them working. During retrospectives, everyone agrees that testing should come up earlier in the sprint but not much has happened yet. What you need is to 'kickstart' your team into caring about testing and get them to actively work with testing. Instead of discussions in retrospectives, you need some concrete action! Ulrika talks about how organization a fun event like a bug hunt can be that kickstart to start talking about testing together and increase collaboration.
