Joakim Arvius to Focus on Transactions – Transitioning into a new position within Colliers Sweden

As of January 1, 2026, Joakim Arvius will transition from his role as CEO of Colliers Sweden to fully focus on client work and business development.

"After leading the integration of Pangea and Colliers in Sweden and establishing strong teams in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, this is a welcome step that allows me to spend more time close to clients and focus on creating business where my experience and knowledge can make the greatest impact," says Joakim Arvius.

Joakim Arvius’ future focus will be on identifying and executing deals in close collaboration with Colliers’ clients.

As one of the firm’s most senior partners, Joakim Arvius will continue to play an important role in supporting overall business development in Sweden.

The recruitment process for a new CEO of Colliers Sweden will begin shortly. In the meantime, Christian Winther, currently CFO of Colliers Nordics, will take on the role of interim CEO starting January 1, 2026.
