When the designers at Yellow Fox took on the renovation of this modest 80s holiday home for a family of five who love hosting guests, they knew they had to find a combination that was contemporary, coastal, and relaxed, while still reflecting the owners' love for Japanese aesthetics. To execute the project, they started with the kitchen island, supported by legs to maintain a light and airy feel, and covered it with a single slab of Sensa Taj Mahal stone in Leather finish, that is, matt, with a soft and pleasant texture.

Built in 1973, the administrative building of the Port Authority of Almería occupies a particularly prominent position on the Levante Pier, within the strip where the city and port facilities converge. J2 Arquitectos has preserved the structure and functional organisation of the property, which retains its original use, and has focused the intervention on elements capable of improving its energy performance and updating its relationship with the new Port-City interface.

Its finish is matt, although depending on the light, reflections and shines can be seen that resemble marble dust.

Overlooking a coastal reserve and situated by the beach in New Plymouth (New Zealand). At the Cosentino City Melbourne, the Australian studio Joind developed a piece of furniture designed to concentrate various functions into a single volume. The furniture integrates a preparation area, storage space, wine rack, and display surfaces through a composition that combines contemporary cabinetry with Cosentino surfaces and wood veneer. A proposal that highlights a contemporary-use element and turns it into the focal point of the space.
