A dancing archive of memory on tour – Helena Franzén summarizes three decades of dance art. With Here-Us-Now second, Helena Franzén opens the door to her choreographic archive of memory—a work that encapsulates over 30 years of artistic practice. Franzén, one of Sweden’s most influential choreographers in contemporary dance, has since the 1990s developed a unique and precise movement language marked by exceptional intensity and presence. In this retrospective performance, works from the mid-90s to the present are reimagined in a new staging featuring Franzén herself, her original ensemble, and a new generation of dancers. Together, they embody a living dance archive where movements are not merely reproduced, but remembered, translated, and reinterpreted. 17 September - Centralteatern, Gävle 22 September - Regionteater väst, Uddevalla 24 September - Hjalmar Bergmanteatern, Örebro 26 September - Saga, Linköping 28 September - Jönköpings teater Credits Choreography: Helena Franzén Dance: Katarina Eriksson, Helena Franzén, Anette Jellne, Åsa Lundvik Gustafson and Elizaveta Penkova Music: Jukka Rintamäki Lighting: Magnus Petterson / Håkan Jelk Photography: Håkan Jelk Portrait Photography: Carl Johan Folkesson Duration: 60 minutes World Premiere at the Dance Museum, Stockholm, February 6, 2020 At the 2020 premiere, the dancers were: Katarina Eriksson, Helena Franzén, Annika Hyvärinen, Åsa Lundvik Gustafson, Elizaveta Penkova, and Moa Westerlund Music: Jukka Rintamäki Lighting: Magnus Petterson Supported by the Swedish Arts Council and the City of Stockholm Touring with Dansnät Sverige in autumn 2026.

The French dance collective Paradox-Sal celebrates twelve years of sisterhood with WOMAN – a choreographic declaration of love for the women they have been, are and will become. House and hip hop fuse together into a pulsating universe in which every step tells of the group’s shared identity. Bodies that remember, move on and make a statement. The collective was founded by the legendary Ousmane “Babson” Sy, with a vision of bringing together female dancers from various styles and backgrounds, with house as their shared heartbeat. Today, Paradox-Sal is more than a dance collective – they are a feminist force in motion. Since Ousmane’s death in 2020, the group has continued to grow, and WOMAN marks a new chapter: from concept to movement, from memory to future – on their own terms.
