At the general meeting, it was resolved, in accordance with the board of directors' proposal, on a directed share issue of not more than 860,266 ordinary shares and not more than 196,652 preference shares of series 8 at a subscription price of SEK 792.16 and SEK 857
Stockholm, 25 juni 2026 – EcoDC Holding AB (publ) ("EcoDataCenter" eller "Bolaget") höll idag en extra bolagsstämma.
Vid bolagsstämman beslutades, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, om en riktad nyemission om högst 860 266 stamaktier och 196 652 preferensaktier av serie 8 till en teckningskurs om 792,16 SEK respektive 857 SEK, innebärande en ökning av aktiekapitalet med högst 1 056 918 SEK.
