EcoDC Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") has issued a senior unsecured bond loan of SEK 1,000,000,000 on 27 September 2024, within a total framework amount of SEK 2,000,000,000, on the Swedish bond market. The bonds carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 4.75 per cent. per annum and matures 27 September 2027.
