In line with the company’s strategy, EcoDataCenter strengthens its position in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). To meet the increasing demands from international customers for sustainable data center services, the company establishes an office in Munich with a dedicated sales representative.
Driven by strong demand for sustainable data center services, EcoDataCenter invests close to SEK 1 billion in building a new data center. When the new building is established, EcoDataCenter will offer the market an additional available capacity of 15MW.
Together with Falu Energi & Vatten, EcoDataCenter has secured access to 80 MW of renewable electricity to the data center in Falun. The power supply will enable the future expansion of the facility’s capacity.
