EcoDataCenter confirms early redemption of existing bonds

EcoDC Holding AB (publ) ("Company") today confirms that it will exercise its right to voluntarily redeem the remainder of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds issued in 2024 (ISIN: SE0023111695) with an outstanding amount of SEK 1,000 million (the "Outstanding Bonds") (of which the Company previously has repurchased, SEK 142.50 million with an additional SEK 308.75 million validly tendered as announced by the Company on 2 October 2026, and which will be cancelled ahead of the Redemption Date (as defined below)). The Outstanding Bonds will be redeemed in full on 15 October 2026 (the "Redemption Date") at a price equal to 101.425 per cent. of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest up to and including the Redemption Date. The redemption amount will be paid to each person who is registered as an owner of Outstanding Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Nordics AB as of the record date, being 8 October 2026. The Outstanding Bonds will be de-listed from the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm (taking into account the rules and regulation of the exchange).
