EcoDC Holding AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its subsequent bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

EcoDC Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) has issued subsequent senior unsecured bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of SEK 500,000,000 on 24 March 2026 (the ”Subsequent Bonds”) under the Company’s existing framework of up to SEK 2,000,000,000 with ISIN SE0026853533 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 3.75 per cent. per annum and matures 4 December 2029. Following the Subsequent Bond issue, the total nominal amount outstanding under the Bonds is SEK 1,000,000,000.

The Company will apply for admission to trading of the Subsequent Bonds on the Corporate Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The Subsequent Bonds will be admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm as soon as possible.

In connection with this, the Company has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company's website (https://ecodatacenter.tech/ir).
