Flowlife and Football player Álvaro Morata Launch Flowglasses – Game-Changing Recovery
Swedish recovery brand Flowlife announces its collaboration with one of Europe’s most recognized football players, Álvaro Morata, and the launch of Flowglasses – a new product category designed for today’s fast-paced, high-pressure lifestyles.
Combining advanced light-filtering technology with sleek design, Flowglasses help users focus, recover, and perform – both on the pitch and in everyday life.
The collaboration began during Morata’s time in AC Milan, where he first came across Flowlife’s recovery products in the locker room. Intrigued, he tried Flowfeet, the brand’s foot massage device, and quickly experienced how proper recovery affects both body and mind. That first discovery led to a conversation — and soon, a meeting followed.
What started as a shared curiosity grew into a creative partnership. For Morata, who has spent years performing under constant pressure, the need for tools that help him block out distractions, find focus, and truly recover became clear. From that shared insight, Flowglasses were born.
The collection introduces two models designed to bring balance through light:
- Day Sync – Yellow-tinted lenses that filter excessive blue light from screens and artificial lighting, reducing eye strain and nervous system stress. They help maintain focus and mental sharpness throughout long, demanding days — ideal for those working under bright light or spending hours in front of screens.
- Night Sync – Red-tinted lenses that block melatonin-disruptive blue and green light in the evening, helping the brain and body wind down naturally. Designed to support deeper sleep and better recovery — perfect for anyone seeking real rest in a busy world.
Together, the models represent a new perspective on performance — where focus, recovery, and balance are just as vital as physical training.

Through an intimate voiceover, Morata shares his personal rituals of focus and recovery, with Flowglasses symbolizing the balance between high performance and true rest.
