Online Partner, founded in 2010 and fully owned by Fredrik Linnander, is an IT company. It has earned a status as the leading specialist in Google's cloud services within the Nordic region. The company offers a wide range of services, products, and in-house solutions that empower customers to optimize their ecosystem investments. Their primary objective is to be the ultimate partner for implementing and utilizing cloud-based productivity tools. How the Winners Are Chosen as Founder of the Year Small Size Companies

The Founder of the Year award honors successful global founders who have built one or more strong private or public limited companies. It aims to spotlight these founders and inspire growth in medium to large-sized internationally expanding companies.

To honor founders across various stages of company development, the award has three categories: small, medium, and large companies. In the category Founder of the Year Small Size Companies are active founders of a private or public limited company with a revenue of approximately 2-10 million euro and at least 20% ownership in a profitable company, based on the fiscal year 2022.

The finalists have been assessed by the Founders Alliance Index, which takes into account past performance, future potential, and social benefits, and they have been evaluated by a Founders Jury of experienced founders.

The Founder Jury consisted of Chair of the jury Andrius Francas, founder of Alliance for Recruitment, Sofi Franzén, founder of Eventyr Nine Yards, Emma Rozada, founder of The Techno Creatives, Vladimir Borisov, founder of Teleportme.nl, Kerstin Cooley, founder of Cool Collective and Monica Hedberg, founder of Monica Hedberg Invest.
