Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Verve's issue of subsequent corporate bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Verve Group SE's ("Verve") issuance of subsequent corporate bonds in a total amount of EUR 50 million within its existing framework of EUR 650 million. Verve has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market, as well as on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Verve operates an advertising software platform that matches global advertisers‘ demand with publishers’ ad supply while enhancing advertising through data from its own games. Verve's main operational activities are in North America and Europe. Verve is registered as Societas Europaea in Sweden and its shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises ABG Sundal Collier and Pareto Securities who acted as advisors to Verve with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling, senior associate Simon Wetterholm, and associate Viktor Rytter.
