Glesys unveils a bold new identity, marking the next chapter as a leading cloud and infrastructure provider in the Nordics
FALKENBERG, Sweden – May 15, 2025 – Glesys today announced the launch of its new brand identity. This milestone marks the company's transformation into a forward-thinking Nordic cloud and infrastructure provider—with a renewed brand and identity built around technology, humanity, and responsibility. With a sharpened visual profile and renewed strategic focus, the rebrand affirms Glesys new purpose: to create a better place for data.
For over 25 years, Glesys has earned customers' trust across the Nordics and beyond, delivering high-performance data center services, cloud computing, and network connectivity. Now, the company is stepping confidently into its next phase: scaling its infrastructure footprint and broadening its impact across the Nordics.
"We've grown a lot over the years—new services, new markets, and a broader customer base," says Glenn Johansson, CEO of Glesys. "This new identity reflects who we are today and where we're going. It also connects to something deeper—our values of trust and openness and the role we want to play in a world where technology continues to shape society. We believe in developing digital futures with humanity at the core and taking responsibility for the impact we create."
Over the past several years, Glesys has expanded its data center capacity, completed strategic acquisitions, and successfully entered the Finnish market. This steady growth has strengthened Glesys' position in the Nordics and opened new opportunities to serve a broader customer base. With this evolution, the need for a refreshed identity became clear—one that reflects where the company stands today and signals where it's headed.
"A brand is much more than just a logo; it includes its voice, vision, and the entire ecosystem that represents a company," says Sebastian Westman, Head of Marketing at Glesys. "Refreshing and evolving our brand is a significant task. So, instead of trying to change everything at once, we approached it the way we build products—by starting small and iterating. This new visual identity is our brand's minimum viable product. From here, we'll continue to test, learn, and evolve."
Along with the refreshed identity, Glesys is introducing a clear brand proposition and brand promise: "A better place for data." This promise goes beyond a tagline—it reflects how Glesys sees its role in the digital landscape and its responsibility as an infrastructure provider. The updated visual identity, featuring a modernized logo, colors, and typography inspired by clarity, speed, and Nordic design principles, brings this promise to life and visually signals the company's continued evolution.
While the visual identity is evolving, the foundation remains unchanged. Glesys continues to deliver sustainable, high-performance infrastructure, offering customers the agility of modern cloud platforms along with the reliability of a trusted European partner.
"Our mission stays the same—helping customers succeed with infrastructure that works, Johansson added. We'll keep building on what we do well, especially in the Nordics, while exploring new opportunities to grow and improve."
The new identity will roll out gradually across Glesys communications and platforms over the coming months.
"This is an important step for us," says Glenn Johansson. "With our new strategy, brand, and identity, I believe we're in a strong position to create even greater value—for our customers, society, and employees."
