Hogia shake hands with Riverside Marine

Hogia Ferry Systems have signed an agreement with the Australian company Riverside Marine to deliver the market-leading reservation and ticketing system BOOKIT. This is Hogia’s first client in the Australian market.

Riverside Marine is one of Australia’s leading marine companies and it is their division Fantasea Cruising Magnetic that will be using BOOKIT. They operate a passenger and vehicle ferry service from Townsville across to Magnetic Island with up to eight daily return crossings.

Magnetic Island is the perfect holiday destination with over 20 beaches and 320 days of sunshine per year. The island offers its guests a range of different activities such as golf, hiking, fishing, snorkeling or relaxing on a beach.

Lisa Baeumer, Business Systems Co-ordinator at Riverside Marine says: “The functionality offered within BOOKIT gives us the tools to excel in customer care which will help us grow and drive our business forward. We really look forward to working with Hogia.”

Niclas Blomstrom, Managing Director at Hogia Ferry Systems says: “Riverside Marine is our first partner in Australia and we are excited about this opportunity. Our product will make a difference and we will go the extra mile to show that we can bridge the distance, setting the scene for a long term prosperous cooperation.”
