"Passi affrettati" publiceras under titeln "Raska Steg" av det Italienska Kulturinstitutet i Stockholm och är översatt av Ida Andersen, berikad med förord av Kristina Kappelin och efterord av Emma Dante. I samband med att boken "Raska Steg" släpps i Sverige kommer författaren Dacia Maraini att vara i Stockholm för att presentera boken under tre tillfällen.
”Passi affrettati ” kommer att publiceras i Sverige som en utgåva av den litterära bokserien Carte d´Italia, utgiven av italienska kulturinstitutet C.M. Lerici. Rekordhöga siffror av kvinnovåld har registrerats i de västerländska städerna där kvinnofrågan är mer aktuell än någonsin. Boken berättar om en typ av våld som inte bara är ologisk men också fruktad, osynlig och som blir ignorerad.
