Placement of a 5-years bond issue for Concent Utveckling Holding 3 AB successfully closed
Issue Nominal Amount: SEK 110 Million
Fixed Interest Rate Coupon: 8.50%
Maturity: 29 June 2021
The bond issue for Concent Utveckling Holding 3 AB has been successfully placed. The senior secured bond offer had a total nominal amount of SEK 110 million with a fixed interest rate of 8,50 % p.a. with quarterly coupons. The bond will be listed on the Nordic Growth Market within 60 days from settlement.
The bond issue is secured through a guarantee from the parent company Concent Holding AB together with share pledges in the acquired companies and 15 % of the shares in the listed parent company. The proceeds form the newly issued bond will be used for acquisitions, repayment of debt and refinancing of existing debt in Concent Utveckling Holding AB.
