Placement of a bond issue for Real Danmark ApS successfully completed

Issue amount: 119 MDKK

Interest rate: 10 % p.a. Senior bond and 15 % p.a. Junior bond

Maturity: 24 months (+6/-12 months)

The 119 MDKK bond issue for Real Danmark Ap has been successfully completed. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner for the bond issue.

The net proceeds will be used to finance acquisition and development of three projects in Copenhagen.

The bond issue is secured with pledge over shares in the Issuer and Property Owning Companies and Guarantee from Parent Company.

Morris Law acted as legal advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Sweden.
