The direct loan was substantially oversubscribed with significant demand from both private investors and family offices, as well as from high-quality institutional investors.
JOOL Corporate Finance AB acted as Corporate Finance advisors, Roschier Advokatbyrå acted as legal Corporate Finance advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as trustee.
Hawk Investments ApS is the parent company of Oskar Group that was founded in 1955 by Oskar Jensen and has a long history of property development in Denmark. Oskar Group is today one of the most experienced commercial property developers in greater Copenhagen and has six ongoing projects. Oskar Group targets unique properties and sites, where the focus is on sourcing prime real estate, area utilization and occupation. The Group develops and sells, either under pre-sale contracts or to investors on buy-to-let basis.
