The SEK 26m bond issue for T. Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ) has been successfully completed. The bond issue was oversubscribed with great interest from the investors.
JOOL Corporate Finance AB acted as Corporate Finance advisors, Roschier Advokatbyrå acted as legal Corporate Finance advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as trustee.

T.Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (TAFAB) is a real estate developer active in Stockholm, Knivsta and Uppsala and has carried out over 30 successful projects and over 100 projects in collaboration with partners and in previous constellations. Previous projects have included complete development of rental apartments, care- and elderly homes, commercial properties and building right developments, often in collaboration with partners, joint ventures and in forward-funding setups.
