Les Mills will bring the future of fitness; THE TRIP™ - an immersive cycling workout based on digitally-created worlds projected on a cinema-scale screen to Lokomotivværkstedet in the heart of Copenhagen.
The Rebook LES MILLS LIVE event in Copenhagen is part of a global tour that presents the latest group fitness workouts to cutting edge music. Thousands of fitness fans attend the event in cities all over the world each year working out with the best presenters in the world.
This year the event will be two days and offer 57 classes presented by as many as 65 presenters where of four are known on the international stage such as Program Director for BODYCOMBAT® and SH´BAM® Racheal Newsham, Erin Maw, Romain Prevedello and Steve Tansey.
THE TRIP™ - For the first time at a Nordic event participants will be able to try out THE TRIP™ a fully immersive unique workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.
