Panattoni has signed a lease agreement with Brings' fulfillment initiative Shelfless in the company's newly built logistics property in Åstorp – Panattoni's first project in southern Sweden. The establishment of Shelfless strengthens Panattoni's strategy in the Swedish market as well as Åstorp and the entire Öresund region as a strong logistics hub.
In 2023, Panattoni acquired a real estate property in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg. Now it is time to commence building a city-near logistics and industrial property with direct access to Route 40 and near Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport and the Port of Gothenburg.
Panattoni is one of Europe's major developers of modern logistics properties and last year the company made its first land acquisition in southern Sweden. The property totals 46,000 square meters and is located in Åstorp, just outside the city of Helsingborg. Yesterday, the success of the project was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony attended by partners and potential tenants.
