Revelop executes new letting of 1300 sqm to Hexagon in Gothenburg
Gothenburg, November 4, 2025 Revelop, that invests in real estate with untapped potential, is activating vacant space in the execution of a five-year lease agreement with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Nordic for 1,330 square meters in the asset Generatorn 6, strategically located in Mölndal, greater Gothenburg.
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Nordic AB is part of Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions that combine sensors, software, and autonomous technologies. The company’s Gothenburg operations focus on precision measurement and manufacturing solutions that help industrial customers improve efficiency and sustainability.

Generatorn 6 is part of Revelop’s thematic investment strategy to refine and future proof assets through comprehensive ESG initiatives. The property is currently undergoing upgrades energy optimization, solar panels,ventilation systems to significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.
