Revelop has closed a SEK 163 million acquisition of a 12,000 square meter industrial asset located in Kungsängen, a dynamic Uppsala submarket next to the city centre. Revelop has high conviction in Uppsala, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing municipalities. The asset was acquired from Prisma Properties.
Revelop has acquired Stora Katrineberg 8, located in Liljeholmen, adjacent to central Stockholm. The asset comprises approximately 4,000 sqm of lettable area, with additional repositioning potential supported by a flexible zoning plan. As part of Revelop’s value-add strategy, Revelop will establish its flex office concept, “C/O WORKSPACE”, creating a new offering to the sub-market.
